Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once. No-shows without notice forfeit the session.
Our session will be recorded for your reference. You'll receive a link to the recording after our call. By booking, you consent to session recording and agree to keep the recording confidential.
If you're unhappy with your service, contact me within 7 days and I'll work to make it right.
