Consulting Services Terms.

By purchasing consulting services from Unrule ("Services"), you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

I provide consulting services including LinkedIn reviews, career strategy calls, website reviews, and VIP strategy days. Each service includes specific deliverables as described on the service page.

What you'll receive:

• The specific deliverables listed on your service page
• My professional guidance and recommendations
• Session recordings (where applicable)
• Follow-up materials as specified

What's NOT included:

• Guaranteed outcomes or results
• Ongoing support beyond specified timeframe
• Implementation of recommendations (you're responsible for taking action)
• Legal, financial, or medical advice

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before services are delivered
• All prices are in USD
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For live sessions (LinkedIn Reviews, Career Strategy, VIP Days):

• Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session: Full refund or reschedule
• Cancel less than 24 hours before: No refund, but you can reschedule once
• No-show without notice: No refund

For async services (Website Reviews):

• Cancel before I begin work: Full refund
• Cancel after I've started: No refund (work has been completed)

If you're unhappy with the service:

• Contact me within 7 days and I'll work to make it right
• If we can't resolve it, I'll offer a partial refund at my discretion

4. Rescheduling

• You can reschedule live sessions up to 24 hours in advance
• You get one free reschedule; additional reschedules may incur a $50 fee
• Excessive rescheduling (3+ times) may result in session cancellation without refund

5. Session Recordings

• Live sessions are recorded for your reference
• You'll receive a link to the recording after our session
• Recordings are for your personal use only
• Do not share recordings publicly without my written consent

6. Confidentiality

What you share with me stays confidential

• I won't disclose your personal information, company details, or session content
• Exception: If required by law or if you pose danger to yourself/others

What I share with you is my intellectual property

• You can use what you learn for your own purposes
• You cannot resell, republish, or claim ownership of my materials

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Show up prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide accurate information in intake forms
• Take responsibility for implementing advice
• Treat me with respect and professionalism

8. Limitations

I provide professional consulting and coaching. I am NOT:

• A licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional
• A lawyer providing legal advice
• A financial advisor providing financial advice
• Responsible for your career outcomes or decisions

9. Liability

My services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results. I'm not liable for:

• Career decisions you make based on our discussions
• Outcomes from implementing my advice
• Technical issues beyond my control
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum liability: Limited to the amount you paid for services.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Washington State law. Any disputes will be resolved in Spokane County, Washington.

11. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally. Current version is always at unrule.academy/services/consulting-terms. Continued use of services means you accept any changes.
